Investment in new IT development with Aaron Parry

FLS is pleased to welcome Aaron Parry to the Business Support Team.

A Pontypool and West Mon boy he is our new IT Project Manager and takes on the lead on a number of strategic software solutions now under development for FLS.

After maths and IT at college Aaron joined the labour outsourcing company Smart Solutions where across six years, he moved from IT Engineer and Service Support to Operations Manager on the London Bridge Rail Project.

He then moved to Melin Homes where he spent two years on their first digitalisation project developing their formal operations system.

Aaron is a Semi Professional Rugby referee and was youngest ever assistant ref at a Wales Australia game and whose career highlights include on tour in South Africa.

Getting married this December he enjoys DIY, car restoration, playing golf and walking his Cavapoo.
